Intro To Buttercream Flower Cake

This comprehensive one-day class offers a deep dive into crafting stunning buttercream flower cakes from start to finish. Participants will explore a range of unique flowers and leaf piping techniques, mastering the art of creating intricate floral designs. A key focus of the class is perfecting buttercream for optimal flower piping, along with invaluable tips for color mixing to achieve exquisite, bespoke hues.

Each participant will leave with their own 5” cake creation, ready to enjoy or share as a thoughtful gift. Please note, this class does not cover baking techniques; however, all recipes will be shared.

The class does not require any previous experience in cake decorating; beginners are warmly welcomed. To ensure personalized attention and a tailored learning experience, class sizes are limited to 4-5 participants.
