Design Process & Pricing
Every wedding cake at Rice & Flower is individually designed, with careful consideration given to the setting, floral arrangements, color palette, and overall aesthetic of the celebration. From the initial consultation to the final installation, we work closely with couples and their wedding planners to ensure each detail is thoughtfully considered.
Our wedding cakes are individually priced according to the size and the intricacy of design. Signature floral cake designs typically range from $22–$26 per serving, with a minimum cake order of $2,000. More elaborate designs and additional decorative elements are quoted individually.

We begin by learning about your wedding, including the date, venue, guest count, and overall design direction. We welcome inspiration from your floral arrangements, stationery, color palette, and other elements that define your celebration.
02 — Design Development
Once your date is confirmed and your commission is secured, we begin developing a design tailored to your wedding. Floral selections, composition, proportions, and finishing details are carefully considered to create a cohesive design that complements your celebration.
03 — Final Details
As your wedding approaches, we coordinate with you and your planning team to finalize the design, serving requirements, and delivery arrangements.
04 — Delivery & Installation
On the wedding day, we oversee the delivery and on-site setup of your cake, ensuring it is presented as intended and seamlessly integrated into the setting.
